  1. IELTS Singapore

I’m wondering if you can help me. I’m a private IELTS tutor in Singapore. I have many students asking me for advice on immigration. Anyway, some of them want to go to Australia and some to Canada.

Some have not been able to pass their IELTS requirements. I heard about the CELPIP. What normally happens for this exam – do people have to go there to take it? Wouldn’t that be inconvenient? And what are the differences between this and IELTS? Thanks.

    RE-IELTS Singapore,
I am an intending student of IELTS.But was however discouraged by a colleague who has written IELTS severally without the required band 7 in each of Reading,Writing,Listening and Speaking.
My question is where can i write CELPIP in Nigeria or any African conutry?Since passing IELTS is becoming unrealistic. The failure rate of IELTS is too high.
